Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Prior experience in wire harness assembly or formal training is essential. Ability to interpret and comprehend drawings, notes, and assembly procedures. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a sense of pride in workmanship. Must be proficient in reading and using measuring tools such as rulers, scales, tape measures, and calipers. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is mandatory. Authorization to work in the U. S. is required.

Precision Assemblies, a premier Aerospace and Defense assembly manufacturer located in Chandler, Arizona, we are currently on the lookout for skilled and reliable Wire Harness Assembly Technicians. We value team players who take immense pride in their craftsmanship, contributing to assemblies that play a crucial role in keeping America safe.
Weekly Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (overtime as required).
Compensation: $19 to $23 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform crimping, stripping, and utilize various hand tools.
- Assemble products by diligently following drawings, work travelers, and assembly instructions.
- Adhere to IPC-620 and J-STD-001 guidelines (in-house training provided).
- Document all work in a traveler while following assembly procedures.
