Preferred Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Integration Bus (IIB)• At least 4 years of experience with WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) and IIB• Proven expertise of 4 years in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies• Comprehensive knowledge of project lifecycle activities in development and maintenance projects for 4 years• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and architecture reviews• Proficient in requirement elicitation and gathering• Support Quality Assurance (QA) and production implementation of releases• Conduct reviews of design, code, unit test results, and other related deliverables• Execute implementation plans for production rollouts• Develop requirement specifications and use case narratives• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project schedules, progress, and outstanding issues• Provide clarifications on business requirements to development and testing teams• Review deliverables prepared by the Development team, including Application and Component Design, Unit Test Plans, etc.• Review deliverables prepared by the Testing team, including Testing Strategy, System and Regression Test Plans, and System Test Scripts• Experience in the insurance domain• Strong background in onsite/offshore communication• Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multiple stakeholder environments• Excellent communication and analytical skills• Eager to work in a global delivery environment• Familiarity with distributed Agile modelsThe role involves working at a computer for extended periods and effective communication via telephone, email, or in-person.
