Position: Workday Data Management Lead

As the Workday Data Management Lead, you will oversee and guide complex Workday implementation projects, focusing on data management. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership: Spearhead large-scale Workday implementation projects, defining scope, data conversion strategy, and resource allocation.
Data Maintenance: Ensure ongoing support for Workday live companies, managing data across all modules for business-as-usual (BAU) operations and year-end activities.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges.
Data Validation: Conduct thorough data validation checks to align with business rules and regulatory standards.
User Support: Provide expert assistance to Workday users regarding data queries and reporting requests.
Data Auditing: Participate in data audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of project designs, data support processes, and best practices for knowledge continuity.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to meet data-related needs effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing data management processes.
