Qualifications

Required Skills- Certification in Workday HCM Core and Compensation is essential.- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Workday Lead/Solution Architect, specifically in implementing Workday HCM and Compensation.- Experience with compensation plans in the public sector/government is advantageous.- Extensive experience as a functional lead across at least 3-4 disciplines: Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, and Recruitment.- Proficiency in translating business requirements into system configurations.- Experience in re-engineering HR business processes and developing functional business integration requirements.- Familiarity with third-party integration providers.- Advanced skills in MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups) and MS Office.- Experience with Workday calculated fields.- Relevant certifications such as SHRM, PRH, SPHR, or CEBS are a plus.

Our team is equipped with the expertise and business acumen necessary to deliver outstanding consulting services, empowering clients to maximize their investments in Workday software. This role involves 50% travel as projects are conducted on-site at client locations across the nation.


Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Workday functional expert, leading clients through the complete systems development lifecycle.
- Guide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration, and testing.
- Assist clients in seamlessly integrating the Workday system with their existing business frameworks.
- Provide strategic advice regarding options, potential risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
- Configure the Workday system to accommodate unique client business needs while sharing insights on best practices.
- Collaborate with the client and data migration teams to facilitate the transition of legacy data into Workday.
- Support the integration team in designing, configuring, and testing both standard and custom integrations.
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner while updating managers on progress.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the delivery of Workday solutions.
