Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:At least 5 years of direct experience as a Workday administrator, demonstrating a strong grasp of core Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with additional expertise in Recruiting, Absence, or Performance being advantageous. In-depth knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes. A passion for developing and maintaining insightful Workday reports and dashboards. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demystify technical concepts for non-technical users. A detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven mindset. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying priorities.

Join Via as a Workday Solutions Architect, where you will be instrumental in optimizing the functionality and efficiency of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). As the resident Workday expert, you will manage system administration, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting, while enhancing the overall employee experience throughout the organization.

Your role will involve close collaboration with Via’s People, Payroll, and IT teams, positioning you as a trusted partner in facilitating data-driven decision-making and ensuring seamless People operations. With keen judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement, you will help shape a People systems experience that aligns with Via’s vision.
