Wage: $73,306/year + DOE + DOQ
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Position Summary:

The Workforce Development Program Manager is a pivotal role within Church at the Park (C@P), responsible for steering the organization’s workforce development initiatives, particularly in the context of a commercial kitchen training environment. This position entails the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of curriculum, program frameworks, schedules, and participant engagement, while ensuring a safe, compliant, and effective daily operation. The Program Manager will oversee program and kitchen staff and/or volunteers, collaborate cross-departmentally, and cultivate robust relationships with employers, community partners, and referral sources to empower participant success and employment pathways. This role is integral to advancing C@P's mission through equitable, participant-focused, trauma-informed programming that promotes dignity, belonging, skill development, and long-term stability.
