Your ResponsibilitiesAs a working student in our CRM team, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility, dive deep into modern CRM tools, and actively contribute to the enhancement of our customer communication, collaborating closely with various teams. Assist with operational CRM in the heat pump sectorCreate and analyze multichannel campaigns: Email, SMS, RCS (using our state-of-the-art CRM tool Braze)Collaborate closely with CRM, Content, Data, and Tech teams to set up new campaigns and automations, aligning them with our corporate designPrepare and follow up on evaluations to continuously improve targeting, personalization, and messagingEnsure all actions comply with data protection and communication guidelines (e.g., GDPR)
