Role overview
This working student role in Operations is based in Berlin and supports the Material Planning & Procurement Team. The position involves both operational and strategic work across the supply chain.
What you will do
- Assist the Material Planning & Procurement Team with daily operational and strategic tasks.
- Develop, update, and improve analysis and planning models using Excel.
- Create, process, and follow up on purchase orders, and help resolve invoice issues.
- Gather quotes, coordinate with suppliers, and communicate with the warehouse.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks throughout the supply chain.
- Help structure and improve processes, contributing to ongoing process optimization.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Strong analytical skills and solid Excel experience.
- Structured, reliable approach to work and a high sense of responsibility.
- Hands-on attitude and readiness to take on operational challenges.
- Quick to learn new topics and comfortable adapting to change.
- Excellent German language skills (C1 level or above).
