Your responsibilities will include contract review, regulatory research, and supporting legal operations. This position is an excellent opportunity for a driven law student to gain practical experience in commercial law, fintech regulations, and cross-departmental collaboration within a dynamic SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:Contract Support: Review, draft, and organize commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements.Legal Research: Conduct research in areas such as financial regulation, AML/compliance, data protection, corporate law, and employment law.Internal Documentation: Maintain internal legal documents, templates, and process checklists.Regulatory Support: Assist in monitoring changes in regulations and updating internal stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in projects that require collaboration with teams such as Sales, Product, People, and Finance.Legal Operations: Help manage deadlines, external counsel documents, and internal legal resources.
