We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Youth Soccer Coach to engage children in exciting soccer activities after school! This role involves coaching kids from kindergarten to 5th grade, promoting physical activity, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Position Overview:
As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will create a fun, enriching environment where children can learn essential soccer skills while enjoying the camaraderie of team sports. Your positive attitude and energetic spirit are key to inspiring young athletes and cultivating their passion for sports.
Availability includes 3-10 classes per week, with compensation ranging from $20 to $40 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Classes primarily occur during after-school hours, with potential availability on Saturdays.
Schedule:
- Monday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday: As needed
Key Responsibilities:
1. Player Development: Facilitate engaging training sessions focused on skill enhancement, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a supportive atmosphere.
2. Game Management: Oversee and coordinate team participation in matches, ensuring a positive and fair experience for all players.
3. Communication: Maintain clear communication with players, parents, and league coordinators while providing regular updates on progress.
4. Character Building: Teach values such as respect and responsibility through soccer, serving as a positive role model.
5. Skill Assessments: Regularly evaluate player skills and adjust coaching strategies to meet individual needs.
