Role overview
The Zero Balance Manager, Denials, is based in Franklin, TN. This role leads Zero Balance Review operations with a focus on identifying and recovering hospital claims that have been closed as "zero balance" by client hospitals. The position plays a key part in improving financial results for clients by targeting claims that might otherwise be written off.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and optimize Zero Balance Review operations for hospital claims.
- Identify and recover claims marked as "zero balance" and closed by hospitals.
- Develop strategies to manage large and complex claim inventories.
- Drive operational excellence and support consistent financial outcomes.
- Ensure strong team performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
