We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in technology projects with a strong focus on project management and application management services (AMS).The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, system stability, and a balance between technological evolution and maintenance, all while prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.We encourage women candidates to apply, aligning with our commitment to diversity and inclusion; however, the position is open to all qualified individuals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop multidisciplinary teams in IT projects and operations.Manage system development projects using methodologies such as Scrum, PMBOK, and SAFe, ensuring adherence to deadlines, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.Oversee AMS operations to guarantee service availability, performance, and continuity.Supervise, mentor, and train the AMS team, fostering a collaborative high-performance environment;Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs/SLAs) in delivery and AMS.Serve as the focal point for executive reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing clarity and confidence in management.Assemble, engage, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and data-driven decision-making;Encourage collaboration, engagement, and team development in an inclusive environment.Develop leadership within your responsibility, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.QualificationsProven experience in managing IT teams and projects.Solid background in AMS operations management.Familiarity with delivery processes and project management methodologies (traditional, hybrid, or agile).Strong expertise in risk management, change management, and strategic project planning;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
