The Implementation Project Manager is vital in ensuring effective customer implementations by identifying challenges, driving tailored solutions, and facilitating the adoption of Andgo’s optimized workforce solutions in the healthcare sector.
This hands-on position entails taking ownership of projects, solving technical issues, and ensuring customer adoption, all while delivering projects punctually, within defined scope, and aligned with customer objectives. The Implementation Project Manager will follow established delivery practices and provide valuable feedback to enhance future implementations.
Success in this role is evaluated by timely project delivery, adherence to scope, and the achievement of customer adoption and operational goals.
This role reports to the Team Lead of Implementation and works collaboratively across departments to ensure the success of customer implementations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead multiple simultaneous implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success, adhering to established practices and standards.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor project health and proactively communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive alignment among customer stakeholders and internal teams to sustain project momentum.
- Facilitate smooth project progress by escalating risks and obstacles as necessary.
Technical Configuration & Solution Delivery
- Configure customer environments in accordance with best practices and guidance from internal experts.
- Translate customer operational needs into effective configurations of Andgo solutions.
- Coordinate integration and data validation efforts with both internal and customer technical teams.
- Troubleshoot implementation obstacles and guide customers towards effective solutions, leveraging internal expertise when necessary.
Customer Enablement & Adoption
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions for project teams, training teams, and administrators.
- Assist customer change management initiatives to promote successful adoption.
- Ensure customers are positioned to gain value from the platform post-implementation.
