Role Overview
As a Fraud Analyst in the Onboarding team, you will manage incoming requests across various channels to facilitate the onboarding of clients to Bold's products.
Responsibilities:
Validate and analyze client documents to identify potential risks or fraud.
Verify merchant accounts in compliance with established processes and timelines.
Address requests escalated by the Sales and Customer Support teams.
