What you will do

- Guide clients through SaaS product implementation, working to ensure strong adoption and satisfaction.
- Oversee complex customer programs, providing structure and clarity as client needs evolve.
- Manage client relationships, address technical issues, and support commercial growth through renewals and account expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal and client teams in a customer-focused environment.
- Refine processes and manage daily execution to improve the customer experience.
