Your Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support to interested clients using established conversation guidelines.
- Conduct structured initial conversations to assess client needs.
- Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system.
- Organize and prepare for consulting appointments in the financial sector.
- Support events, seminars, and team activities.
