What you will do Partner with clients from different industries to plan and deploy SAP HCM solutions Examine existing HR processes to spot opportunities for improvement Use SAP HCM knowledge to streamline workflows and drive efficiency Adapt solutions to match the specific needs of each business

Manage and enhance the SAP HCM system landscape for our clients, including customization and continuous process improvement.Gather requirements from business units and provide expert consultation on feasibility and implementation.Actively support various SAP HCM projects, with opportunities to take on project leadership roles.Utilize your expertise to assist key users and end-users in addressing queries.Provide SAP HCM application support for our clients, focusing on payroll (PY ÖD and private sector), personnel administration (PA), personnel time management (PT), organizational management (OM), and financial information (FI-TV).Advise business units on their requirements and change requests.Engage in customization, maintenance, documentation, and handling of 2nd level support tickets.Conduct independent analysis of challenges and implement optimal solutions in SAP HCM.Strengthen project teams during major SAP HCM implementations or smaller enhancement projects.Collaborate closely with client business units to ensure comprehensive service delivery.Provide remote support to our clients or on-site assistance as needed.
