Role overview
The Technical Account Manager (Identity Security) acts as a trusted technical partner for Saviynt’s strategic clients in Germany. This remote position centers on guiding customers through complex identity transformations and making sure the Saviynt platform aligns with their security objectives.
What you will do
- Lead clients through the implementation and ongoing use of Saviynt’s identity security solutions
- Serve as a technical advisor, matching client needs to platform capabilities
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to help clients get the most value from the platform
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Support clients as they integrate identity security into their broader business and AI strategies
