About the Role:
- This position is tasked with identifying, sourcing, and securing both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities. The successful candidate will primarily focus on achieving New Sales Productivity, Renewals, and Collections in line with assigned targets.
- The role reports directly to the Branch Manager and requires collaboration within a multi-functional team, engaging with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
- Drive business in accordance with the branch's approved business plan.
- Lead sales promotion activities within the designated territory.
- Achieve all Sales KPIs consistently each month.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, responding to inquiry calls promptly.
- Maximize conversion rates of inquiries to orders.
- Ensure renewals meet company expectations.
- Monitor and report on developments and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and regularly update the MPG.
Customer Service
- Guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Foster a strong rapport with customers.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to customers.
- Address complaints effectively and collaborate with Operations and Back Office when necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections and SRA at client sites.
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers through the system.
- Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from RBU/CBU clients.
- Set realistic customer expectations regarding pest management.
- Ensure accurate collection of customer information including email addresses, contact numbers, and physical addresses with landmarks.
- Promote service visits as per iCABS frequencies to facilitate timely service delivery.
- Share and clarify cost sheets with operations, detailing the materials to be used, while ensuring customer expectations align with service delivery.
