Role overview
The Accounting Specialist - LATAM works directly with hotel clients and their accounting teams across Latin America. This role focuses on guiding clients through the setup and use of Cloudbeds’ financial features, ensuring each property is ready to operate from day one. Key tasks include mapping charts of accounts, configuring taxes, integrating with ERPs, and meeting country-specific e-invoicing requirements. The position combines hospitality accounting knowledge with technical curiosity and a strong commitment to helping clients succeed.
What you will do
- Guide hotel clients and their accounting teams through accounting configuration and onboarding
- Map charts of accounts and set up tax configurations tailored to each property
- Integrate Cloudbeds with ERPs and ensure compliance with local e-invoicing regulations
- Work closely with clients to ensure smooth operational setup

The Onboarding & Accounting Integration Team combines hospitality experience with technical skills to solve real-world financial problems for hotel operators. Team members work quickly, partner with Engineering, Support, and Sales, and focus on connecting customers’ financial systems to Cloudbeds.
