Flosum builds a Salesforce-native DevOps and data protection platform for large enterprise teams. As we focus on pipeline generation, retention, and product velocity, we see AI as a key driver for progress. We are hiring our first AI Go-to-Market Engineer to design, implement, train, and improve AI agents and automation across our revenue engine, from first contact through closed deals and expansion. This is a remote role based in Poland. Role Overview This position goes beyond prompt engineering. It is a hands-on builder role, reporting directly to the CEO. The goal: deploy AI systems that increase productivity for the GTM team, grow pipeline, speed up deals, and reduce churn. What You Will Do Within your first 30 days, deploy and personally train at least one AI SDR agent focused on inbound qualification or outbound prospecting. Build an AI-driven inbound qualification system to capture, score, and route every website visitor and form submission in real time. Ensure no leads are lost and AEs only receive prospects ready to buy. Increase the amount of revenue-generating time for AEs from roughly 25% to over 50% by automating CRM entry, call summaries, follow-up sequences, proposal generation, and pipeline updates. Remove all administrative work that does not directly drive revenue. Design the AI architecture for Flosum's GTM stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, Gong). Ensure seamless data flow between systems so AI agents can share insights in a feedback loop, with Salesforce as the core. Set up and maintain an AI-powered competitive intelligence system. Implement a closed-loop data feedback system that connects BDR activities, pipeline results, and AI agent performance. Use real conversion data to refine ICP targeting, messaging, and channel strategies. Deploy AI-assisted customer health scoring and churn prediction models to flag at-risk accounts before renewals. Provide Customer Success with actionable triggers for intervention. Location This is a remote position for candidates based in Poland.
