Role Overview The Renewal Manager will focus on customer retention and growth in the Mid-Market segment. This role manages all aspects of the contract renewal process and works closely with the Customer Success team to reduce risk and find upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities Oversee every stage of the renewal process, from pricing proposals and negotiations to contract creation. Identify customer needs, address obstacles, and apply renewal strategies to retain accounts and increase annual recurring revenue (ARR). Find and act on upsell and expansion opportunities. Work with Customer Success Managers to analyze adoption and health metrics, proactively assessing churn risk. Contribute to creating and executing cross-functional strategies that reduce customer churn. Location Remote - Portugal

As the Grid Connection Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between our Procurement, Business Development, and Project Management teams.
