As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Absorb, you will assume a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships while enhancing product adoption. Your expertise as a Learning & Development (L&D) practitioner will be crucial in constructing, scaling, and evaluating learning programs that yield significant business results. We seek a candidate who possesses extensive Customer Success knowledge combined with practical experience in L&D program development, particularly in a B2B SaaS context. In this position, you will empower clients to maximize their LMS investment, convert L&D strategies into practical product applications, and effectively demonstrate measurable ROI associated with Absorb LMS.

Your Responsibilities:
Forge and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to enhance long-term retention and loyalty.
Oversee the client lifecycle from post-onboarding through adoption, expansion, advocacy, and renewal.
Utilize your L&D expertise to assist clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing learning programs with Absorb LMS.
Consult on and assess program effectiveness, linking learning outcomes and usage to business objectives and product ROI.
Provide training, best practices, and enablement sessions to ensure clients maximize their Absorb LMS experience.
Proactively monitor client health, identifying potential risks, escalating issues, and formulating action plans.
Recognize and direct upsell and expansion opportunities to the Account Management team.
