Partner with engineering and architecture to balance commercial innovation with the security and compliance needs of federal environments, both classified and unclassified. Track changes in federal technology policy (such as Executive Orders, OMB memos, NDAA provisions) and adjust product strategy accordingly. Monitor the GovTech landscape, contract holders, and evolving agency technology needs to drive competitive differentiation. Requirements At least 12 years of product management experience, with 5 or more years in senior or executive leadership roles. Demonstrated success selling or delivering SaaS solutions to the U.S. Federal government (Civilian, DoD, or IC). Direct experience supporting or leading product strategy for federal proposals, task orders, or IDIQ vehicles. Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, including OTAs, pilots, and technology acquisition by agencies. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, DISA STIGs, and relevant security controls. Experience managing and scaling cross-functional product teams.
