You will report to the Director of Analytics.‍ Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed analyses on user adoption, engagement trends, and feature utilization across our AI platform to drive product understanding.Influence product strategy through the design, analysis, and interpretation of A/B tests, providing data-driven recommendations that shape our roadmap.Identify user journey friction points and opportunities using analytical tools like FullStory, translating findings into actionable insights for product and design teams.Develop and implement ELT-based data models with SQL and dbt, ensuring rigorous testing and validation for data accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to define success metrics and improve product offerings.
