We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances who will be instrumental in establishing and managing a partner-led revenue engine from the ground up.The RoleIn this senior, high-responsibility position, you will design, develop, and scale Neuroscale’s partner-driven go-to-market approach.Your primary objective will be to create a sustainable system for recruiting, enabling, and activating partners, resulting in measurable pipeline and revenue through integrations, co-selling, resale, and referral initiatives.You will oversee two crucial partnership motions:ATS / HRIS & Technology Ecosystem Partnerships(e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Dayforce, and other HR tech solutions), including AWS and Azure marketplacesPublic Sector Channel Partnerships(Value-Added Resellers, System Integrators, solution providers, and marketplace/contracting partners)Collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Finance teams will be essential in establishing partners as a reliable and scalable growth channel.Build the Strategic Partner GTM SystemDefine the overarching partner strategy, including partner tiers, target accounts, and operational cadence (enablement, Quarterly Business Reviews, deal evaluations).Develop and maintain the partner playbook, covering onboarding, certification, messaging, demonstrations, and handling objections.Implement partner programs and incentives that ensure consistent activation across referral, co-sell, and resale activities.
