Role Overview
In the role of Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our autonomous delivery robots. While our robots are engineered for independent operation, they occasionally require assistance navigating obstacles, troubleshooting technical issues, or adapting to environmental challenges. Your role will be crucial in these moments.
This hands-on position involves field support for our robots, performing light maintenance such as cleaning sensors, and ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Your effective problem-solving skills and field support will help minimize service interruptions and safeguard essential equipment. You will also document incidents and observations that contribute to our ongoing improvement efforts.
You will work closely with various teams across operations, engineering, and customer support, managing robot deployments, escalating technical issues, and supporting safety and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure field readiness of robots by providing timely support, coordination, and order fulfillment as required.
Assist in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning, and positioning of robots.
Monitor, document, and resolve escalation tickets while maintaining clear communication with relevant teams.
