As the Implementation Manager, you will excel in client onboarding and project execution, focusing on delivering optimal technological solutions for our clients. Whether it’s designing a mobile app with integrated gamification for a major music festival or orchestrating a full-scale digital scavenger hunt for a multi-sponsor convention, you will take ownership of the technology, ensure successful project delivery, maintain quality control, and drive overall project success. Supporting some of the world’s largest events in the festival, pop-up, convention, and venue sectors, the ideal candidate will flourish in a dynamic, collaborative environment and possess a deep passion for live events and client satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE AS AN IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER:
Become an expert in two or more of Leap's Technology products, primarily focusing on Mobile and Activations.
Oversee Tier 1 and Cross-Sell Client implementations; manage the internal delivery process to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
Independently and creatively deliver exceptional client service.
Manage and implement solutions effectively while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
