Our team expanded from 151 to 210 in 2025, with plans to grow further in 2026.The RoleAs a pivotal player in our complex business landscape, where we operate in a vast sector with significant barriers to entry and no direct competitors, you will lead cross-functional go-to-market teams responsible for our legal verticals and their profitability. Each team is guided by a General Manager and is tasked with managing budgets, staffing, and strategic direction, including channel growth, testing for conversion enhancement, and navigating strategic trade-offs.In your capacity as GTM Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to maximize client engagement within our Social Security Disability vertical. Reporting to our General Manager, Peter Bailinson, you will collaborate closely with leaders across marketing, product, client experience, operations, finance, and other departments. This role is dynamic and crucial, demanding a comprehensive skill set that includes strategic thinking, execution, team leadership, and, most importantly, sound judgment. Throughout a typical week, you may undertake tasks such as:Launching new client acquisition channels through rapid test-and-learn pilots. This could involve partnerships with Series E startups targeting a similar clientele, exploring innovative digital marketing platforms, or other creative strategies.
