You will work closely with our operations team and embody our organization’s core values.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and engage in effective face-to-face selling.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance company visibility in the territory.Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and local teams.Collaborate with the local operations team and clients to coordinate project scheduling and workflow.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with timely responses.Utilize proven sales strategies while continuously seeking improvements.Estimate, negotiate, and bid on projects, including federal contracts.Be accountable for achieving territory success and meeting regional KPIs.Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in selling services within a technical industry.A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B or outside sales is preferred.Self-motivated with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Suite and ERP systems.Ability to align teams with company culture and drive sales growth.Possess a reliable personal vehicle, current insurance, and a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.Willingness to travel locally and corporately as required.
