Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Development Manager to cultivate and expand Supabase’s integration partner ecosystem, including partnerships with AI Builders.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a strategic portfolio comprised of high-impact partners across developer tooling, AI builders, and related infrastructure sectors. The position is highly execution-focused: you will collaborate directly with partners to deploy integrations, initiate joint go-to-market strategies, and drive tangible adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
You will be responsible for managing your partner set comprehensively—from technical scoping and launch through to post-launch growth—working in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to ensure that partnerships yield significant business results.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with a direct influence on product adoption, ecosystem growth, and revenue generation.
This role is centered around building and scaling integration partnerships.
You will be expected to operate with substantial autonomy and minimal process initially.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Ownership
Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic technology and platform partners.
Develop and implement joint go-to-market plans with established KPIs (achieving milestones in wins, ARR, pipeline, integrations, and adoption).
Identify and execute expansion opportunities including co-marketing events, co-sell initiatives, and joint go-to-market programs.
Revenue & Pipeline Development
Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through robust partner relationships.
Empower Sales teams with partner positioning and enablement.
