What We Do Our current product sales are primarily focused on the EU market, featuring IVDs for both professional and self-testing applications. All our products comply with IVDR or FDA regulations and local laws in key regions, including the Nordics and Iberia. We specialize in lateral flow assays that provide reliable rapid results to facilitate early detection, categorized into two main families: drug testing products targeting clinical clients (EU) and workplace settings (USA), as well as general health products distributed through retail channels (EU). Our quality control function, based in Milwaukee at the Novir Research Park Lab, is ISO13485 certified and supported by a robust Quality Management System. Novir collaborates with contract manufacturers for its branded products, with plans to expand domestic manufacturing and enhance research capabilities at our laboratory.About The Role:As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will spearhead the ongoing development and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including ISO 13485 compliance. This role involves overseeing product quality assurance and risk assessment initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product and process quality specifications, facilitating improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities and local regulations. You will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, integrating the quality management system into all aspects of our daily operations to ensure the safe delivery of products and services that exceed customer expectations.
