By proactively evaluating the sales funnel and pinpointing risks and opportunities, you will play a vital role in fostering sustainable revenue growth.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and refine the core GTM dashboards in Metabase, ensuring they provide a singular source of truth for leadership visibility and informed cross-functional decision-making.Perform in-depth analyses of funnel performance, customer adoption metrics, campaign ROI, and partnership effectiveness to proactively identify risks and opportunities.Collaborate closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to address critical business questions, shape strategies, and monitor the success of initiatives.Model and evaluate key strategic initiatives, including pricing adjustments, go-to-market strategies, deal sizing frameworks, and investment priorities, offering data-informed recommendations.Design and maintain comprehensive data models and pipelines in BigQuery utilizing SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis.Assist with ad-hoc analytical requests throughout the organization, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.Your Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Strategy & Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.Expert level proficiency in SQL for advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Solid working knowledge of Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining dashboards using modern BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar), with a portfolio or case studies showcasing impactful business decisions. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.Strong business acumen with the ability to convey data insights into compelling narratives for GTM leaders, influencing strategies regarding pricing, funnel optimization, and customer adoption.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for enhancing business outcomes through data.
