Role overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a key role in shaping Gusto Retirement’s go-to-market strategy. The position delivers accurate data and insights to support both the development and execution of strategy for the Retirement market. Work centers on ad-hoc analyses and dashboards that clarify pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities for Revenue leaders in Sales and Marketing. AI tools are used regularly to standardize data, automate tasks, and develop new solutions that increase team efficiency.
Team focus
The Revenue Operations team supports Gusto’s revenue organization, with a special focus on Retirement Sales. The team analyzes the entire revenue funnel, from marketing attribution and campaign performance to sales pipeline and conversion rates. This work guides strategic investments. Analytical thinking, careful execution, and a proactive approach to AI are valued. Collaboration with Revenue leadership and other operators is central, turning business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
