About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients and securing qualified appointments. As an early team member, you will contribute to creating effective outreach strategies that foster success and help shape the culture of our Sales Development team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales outreach and collaborating closely with our sales team to drive new business growth for WorkWhile.
Maintain a comprehensive list of contacts across various company profiles and ensure timely outreach.
Identify and comprehend WorkWhile’s ideal client profile and reach out to similar companies.
Organize outreach efforts geographically to maximize efficiency.
Utilize outreach tools and job boards to discover new leads, contacting them through calls and emails.
Set qualified appointments by establishing clear expectations and identifying pain points.
Surpass monthly appointment-setting targets, and document detailed notes in our CRM for the sales team to ensure clarity on next steps.
