Key Responsibilities:
Market Insights & Strategy:
Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new opportunities and keep up with industry developments.
Formulate and execute effective business development strategies aimed at achieving organizational goals.
Client Engagement:
Establish and nurture robust relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
Identify and reach out to potential clients to showcase our offerings.
Work closely with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for client attraction and retention.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and negotiate collaborations with key players, including financial institutions and technology providers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current partners to ensure mutual success.
Revenue Growth:
Create and implement pricing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
Achieve and surpass revenue targets through effective sales and business development tactics.
Compliance & Regulation:
Stay updated on regulatory changes in the Forex industry to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Collaborate with compliance teams to enforce and monitor adherence to processes.
Leadership:
Guide and mentor a team of business development professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Offer support in achieving both individual and team objectives.
