Renaissance is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst with exceptional consultative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to drive business growth through the design, implementation, and management of compensation, sales compensation, incentive, equity, and reward and recognition programs.
As a vital member of the Compensation team, this role reports to the Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards and Performance Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing private equity-owned company that has expanded significantly through acquisitions.
