Our collaborative approach spans the entire stack, working closely with product engineering teams.As a Database Reliability Engineer on our team, you will leverage your specialized database expertise to bolster the Infrastructure organization. You will take ownership of the entire database management lifecycle—from design and capacity planning to performance optimization and disaster recovery—ensuring data durability and scalability as WorkOS evolves.The RoleIn your role as a Database Reliability Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for our engineering teams on all matters related to databases.
