The team provides technical guidance, analyzes data, and works closely with engineering teams to support hiring goals.
Role overview
The Senior Deployment Engineer acts as a technical advisor and strategic partner for enterprise clients using the Karat interview platform. In this remote role (open to candidates in the US Central or East Coast regions), the Senior Deployment Engineer works with interview content and data engineering teams, reviews performance data, builds tailored solutions, and develops strong client relationships. The goal is to help clients achieve effective, fair, and predictive hiring outcomes. Some travel (up to 20%) may be required for key meetings and industry events.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients, acting as the expert on Karat’s solutions and building strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with software engineers around the world to analyze hiring processes and performance needs, ensuring solutions are well matched and product delivery meets expectations as the lead technical expert within Customer Operations and Go-to-Market teams.
