You will identify strategic priorities for our clients and guide your team in generating data-driven process insights using SQL, while creating intricate data models to maximize client value. Your expertise will extend across various company processes, including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. You will consistently harness the latest Celonis software features, such as Process Analytics, Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.The work you’ll do:Lead the implementation process, delivering exceptional service to ensure optimal client solutions with our Celonis technology.Transform client data using SQL to develop data models for your process analysis.Design and implement innovative analyses and execution applications, enhancing them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining to create transparency and automation in client processes.Analyze data to pinpoint process inefficiencies and collaboratively propose solutions to overcome them.Quantify business and financial potential, presenting relevant KPIs to management.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Conduct value creation workshops and align strategies to improve process inefficiencies.Establish the groundwork for a path to value, ensuring a successful long-term client journey.
