This is a remote position at Guild Education, Inc. Candidates must reside and work full-time in one of these states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, or Washington D. C. Guild may update eligible states as hiring needs change. There is a strong preference for candidates based in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin.
About the Role
Guild Education is hiring a Senior Account Director – Public Sector to expand our reach in workforce education and career mobility. This role sits within the Public Sector Team and focuses on building partnerships with states and municipalities that are leading outcomes-based workforce development initiatives.
The Senior Account Director will identify, assess, and implement new growth opportunities. The work spans the full partnership lifecycle: researching prospects, shaping early-stage opportunities, launching pilot programs, and supporting scale-up efforts. This position works closely with the Vice President of Public Sector and collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring new public-sector partnerships to life.
What You Will Do
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with innovative states and municipalities.
- Lead relationship-building and manage complex public-sector accounts.
- Shape and launch early-stage initiatives, including pilot programs.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support the growth and success of public-sector projects.
- Help drive Guild’s mission by establishing and nurturing state and local partnerships focused on workforce development.
