About the Role
AidKit is seeking a highly motivated, fully remote Public Sector Partnerships Director based in the United States. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis and encourage candidates to apply by February 28, 2026, for priority consideration.
This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will center around new business development. We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in the government technology sector. If you have a history of driving community impact and revenue growth while nurturing sales talent, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Expanding Government Partnerships:
- Foster strong relationships with state and local governments, positioning AidKit as a trusted technology partner for disaster response and social safety net enhancements.
- Expertly navigate complex government procurement processes, leading RFP responses and proposals with a deep understanding of government buying cycles and compliance (with support from an experienced Proposal and Capture Manager).
Building & Developing a High-Performing Team:
- Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier sales talent while cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Empower Account Executives to effectively prospect, execute strategic account plans, and achieve significant results for our government partners.
