Your Mission
As a member of the Engine team, you will take on a pivotal role within an environment that champions innovation and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reimagining booking management experiences: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the contracting and post-booking processes, transforming traditional manual workflows into scalable, productized solutions that position Engine as an industry leader.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Groups Contracting, Group Support, RevOps, and Engineering to identify bottlenecks, align on priorities, and deliver seamless experiences for both internal teams and end customers.
- Leading automation and tooling initiatives: Own the vision and roadmap for automating post-booking processes, reducing cycle times, increasing bookings per representative, and lowering service costs, by enhancing both internal and customer-facing tools, including potential AI integrations.
- Championing data-driven outcomes and insights: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract cycle times, commission collection, and operational efficiency, translating insights into actionable recommendations that enhance Engine's service delivery to customers and partners.
