Your task is to craft an enablement model tailored for developer, IT, and security buyers, enabling sellers to accurately assess, design, and advocate for solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesFunction Development: Establishing operating rhythms, curriculum, content standards, certification frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.SKO Leadership: Collaborating with the VP of Marketing and VP of Sales Operations to devise the agenda, conduct live practice sessions, implement certifications, and ensure effective post-SKO reinforcement.Methodology & Certification: Adapt and select methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command, or Challenger. Clearly define the skills that predict performance and establish readiness assessments.Technical Storytelling & Content: Develop lightweight, up-to-date use-case scenarios, demo flows, proof kits, and ROI/TCO tools, aligned with sales stages.Field Coaching Loop: Conduct weekly Gong review sessions, training clinics on discovery and objection handling, and maintain a robust feedback loop with Product Management and Product Marketing Management.Strategic Deal Support: Model best practices for complex sales pursuits.
