This includes critical components such as Alerts, Workflows, Notifications, Reports, User Management, Roles and Permissions, Billing, and Invoicing. We are seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the technical direction of our team. In this capacity, you will act as a technical leader, introducing innovative ideas and expertise to guide the team's technical design and architecture, enabling the development of complex features and diverse customer use cases. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive project adoption and deliver long-term value.This role is perfect for individuals with approximately 4 years of experience in project management, installation oversight, or field services, who excel in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.Please note: This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C.
