Maintain and update the OSHA 300 injury and illness log per regulatory requirements. Work with operations on incident reporting, ensuring documentation is timely and accurate. Ensure the OSHA 300A annual summary is posted by February 1 and removed by April 30 each year, and that records are kept according to OSHA guidelines. Ensure all physical locations meet federal and state labor law posting requirements. Maintain accessible electronic notice distribution for remote employees in all relevant states.
