About the Role
We are actively seeking dedicated Associate Account Managers and Account Managers to enhance our thriving Account Management team across EMEA.
In this pivotal role, you will nurture and cultivate robust, trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring their long-term success with Customer.io. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Billing teams to facilitate renewals, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a seamless, thoughtful customer journey.
This position may be filled at either level based on your experience and demonstrated leadership. Regardless of the level, you will be embraced by a supportive team, well-defined processes, and ample opportunities for growth and impact.
Hiring Timeline
We are cultivating relationships for future Associate Account Manager and Account Manager roles and anticipate hiring within the next three months, subject to business needs and timing.
Currently, we are conducting initial screenings with recruiters and hiring managers to understand candidates better and assess mutual alignment. As positions become available, we will advance qualified candidates through the hiring process and maintain transparency regarding next steps and timelines.

Your Responsibilities
