Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
- Document and assess customer-reported issues effectively.
- Manage service requests related to various technologies including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
- Deliver on-site support for client networks and applications across the UK.
- Provide remote and telephone support for client networks and applications.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess over 2 years of experience in the support sector, driving their career growth within a supportive and rewarding organization.

Key Skills Required:
- Proficient in Windows 7, 8, and 10 administration and support.
- Experience with router configuration.
- Active Directory administration, including new user setups (User Accounts, O365 Mailboxes).
- Networking knowledge including ADSL Broadband, Local Area Networks, Switches, and VLANs.
- Understanding of cabling requirements for IT and telephone system installations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to rapidly learn new applications and technologies.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, upgrading, and relocating PC hardware, software, and printing devices.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and Office 2003 - 2016.
- Strong problem-solving skills with PC hardware.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Relevant qualifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, or CCNA will be advantageous.
