About the Role:

The Account Development Representative (ADR) position serves as a pivotal entry point for individuals aspiring to carve out a successful career in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales. In this role, you will be integral to Samsara’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on lead generation, account mapping, and demand creation for our comprehensive product suite. This opportunity is tailored for those keen on honing enterprise technology sales skills and advancing their career trajectory. High-performing ADRs are rewarded with accelerated commissions and a clear path for advancement into closing roles, allowing you to collaborate closely with top executives and observe firsthand the mechanics of successful sales organizations.

This is a hybrid position based in our Phoenix, AZ office, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
