General Assembly seeks an Account Director to join the Enterprise team in London. This hybrid role requires one day per week in the office. The position centers on developing strategic relationships with clients, increasing revenue, and guiding deals from first contact through contract and legal review.
Key responsibilities
- Grow revenue by developing new business and managing a personal pipeline of clients.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and present General Assembly’s solutions to senior executives.
- Lead the creation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Oversee the full sales process, including negotiations, contract management, and legal assessment.
- Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to support client success.
- Stay current on General Assembly’s products and services.
Location and working pattern
This position is based in London with a hybrid schedule. Expect to be in the office one day each week.
