Educational & Technical BackgroundMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related technical/quantitative discipline. Preferred: Master’s degree in a technical or business field is highly advantageous. Demonstrated technical fluency is essential—candidates must be capable of credibly discussing AI, SaaS, digital solutions, and integrations with clients. Sales ExperienceProven B2B sales experience in Germany/DACH, ideally with AI, SaaS, or software solutions. A strong track record of building sales pipelines, engaging in outbound activities, and closing deals with German SMEs, Mittelstand, or tech/industrial firms. Ability to prospect, cold-call, and manage the complete sales cycle—an essential hunter mentality. Language & CommunicationMandatory: Strong proficiency in German (both spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus. Adept at communicating effectively and establishing trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Market & Customer OrientationProfessional experience within the DACH region, particularly with the German Mittelstand, SMEs, or industrial sectors is preferred.
