What You'll DoSource and Cultivate Opportunities:Identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities within Select Named Accounts. Engage in strategic outbound prospecting via calls, emails, in-person events, and online outreach to generate leads. Sales Cycle Management:Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas. Conduct online demonstrations, prepare compelling proposals, and actively engage in demonstrations and trials to illustrate Verkada’s value proposition. Develop persuasive presentations and proposals; create urgency to facilitate deal closure while negotiating pricing and contractual terms. Territory Planning and Forecasting:Formulate and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize opportunities within the Select segment. Ensure accurate pipeline management and contribute to forecasting efforts for goal alignment. Customer Engagement and Consultation:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the Select segment by understanding their needs and recommending suitable Verkada solutions. Collaborate with channel partners to enhance client relationships and ensure successful launches. Initiate and manage discussions aimed at customer expansion to enhance retention, while identifying client goals, budgetary constraints, and key decision-makers.
